Anna Campbell never disappoints, her words always take me on a magical journey back in time to Ladies and Gentlemen who know how to fall in love and this one is no exception, I loved meeting Anthea and Christopher and of course Anthea’s sisters, a beautiful Christmas story that left me smiling.
The weather has been really bad at Yardley Hall and Anthea who has to somehow work out what she and her sisters are going to do after Christmas takes a chance on the break in the weather for a walk but when she finds a very good looking gentleman lying face down in the thick snow she manages to get him home but this man is going to turn her life upside down, will it be for the better?
Christopher, Lord Denton has decided that this Christmas he will inspect the manor house, Yardley Hall that has been left to him by an uncle, probably a bad decision considering the weather, but when he awakes in the room and in the care of a beautiful woman maybe it wasn’t a bad idea. The only problem being that he realises how much he is disliked by this family of woman who three of are his cousins, because he is the monster who is throwing them out.
This is a wonderfully told story of love, Anthea and Christopher are drawn to each other from the start but Anthea knows nothing of this stranger in her home can she trust him and her instincts and Christopher is falling in love more each day as he keeps his secrets and he knows what he wants to do but will they believe him after what has transpired, will the Christmas kisses help to bring them together.
I loved this story so much is such a feel good story, filled with love and fabulous characters and who doesn’t love a good Christmas story especially in the snow. I do highly recommend this one, thank you MS Campbell for another awesome story.
