The Laird's Most Likely #1

MS Campbell has taken me on magical trip back in time to the Scottish Highlands, my dream holiday location, with the start of her new series. I always look forward to a new Anna Campbell book and I have never been disappointed, this one is a beauty, sensual with such witty banter and humour throughout, this journey to a HEA that is between two very strong and stubborn people will have you turning the pages, clear your calendar because you are not going to want to put this one down once you start.
Marina Lucchetti is an artist a very good one and she has stood her ground to make her name in her chosen field against the men and she is one fiery and stubborn heroine, she and her father have travelled to the wilds of the Scottish Highlands so she can do some paintings, but when disaster strikes her world is turned upside down when she is rescued by the devilishly handsome Laird Fergus MacKinnon, and the sparks fly.
The Mackinnon as he is known to his people is a strong man, a ruler one who’s orders and wishes are always completed but when he rescues the beautiful, feisty and spirited Italian artist from the raging river well let us say that his life is about to change, he has never met a woman who is so determined to choose her own path in life and the next few months are going to prove delightful to say the least with some bickering that had me smiling.
What a story this one is I loved it from page one, these two people are so made for each other both strong and feisty they both stand their ground but when cupid shoots his arrow and it finds its mark there is no turning back for them, love and emotion flows from the pages, I must say it takes a bit for Fergus to convince Marina that together they can fly to the moon and back but when he does the stars shine, bliss. Thank you MS Campbell another keeper, one that I highly recommend.
5/5 stars for a fabulous story
