WOW what an epic compelling story this one is, truly it is a story that you will not want to put down once you pick it up it is a fabulous love story a love that lasts forever a love that has many hurdles a story you won’t want to miss.

Alia is a Princess but times are very hard in Egypt there is cruelty and war constantly and Alia is taken prisoner after her family is killed at first she is with one the great Pharaoh Tuthmosis Concubines who is a very hard woman a very jealous, but Alia is a quiet beautiful woman and is soon noticed by the pharaoh himself and is sent to live with Tuthmosis’s great wife and all of a sudden Alia’s life is changing although there are people who are doing their best to hurt her.

Tuthmosis is the Pharaoh and a God, a great ruler he is fair and honest and has many wives and children as is what happened back then but he has never really loved until he finds Alia but with treachery and treason happening their life together is short lived when she is kidnapped but he never gives up hope of finding her and continues to morn her.

I don’t want to give any spoilers away but just let me highly recommend this book it is fast paced there is a lot going on as you would expect in this era there is murder, danger and conspirators around every corner with countries trying to gain more countries but above all else there really is this great fabulous love story it bought me to tears and had me smiling. MS Brassel writes so beautifully she has taken me back in time and although I loved reading about it, it would have been hard living there, thank you for a fabulous story.
