The Laird's Bride

 The Laird's Bride

Anne Gracie

This is a beautiful romance, so beautifully told in true Anne Gracie style a story that will sweep you away to the Scottish highlands to meet Cameron Fraser and the beautiful Jeannie McLeay as they find their HEA.

Cameron is determined to take over the of running his home and take his place as Laird and to stop his uncle from bankrupting the estate even if that means making a promise to marry the first eligible woman he finds and he never breaks a vow.

Jeannie is out herding the sheep that are owned by her grandfather when they are scattered by riders she and the sheep end up in the bog and soon she is being rescued by a very handsome man and what’s more that man asks her to marry him, stunned and shocked she decides that marriage to this handsome stranger might be better than the life she has now.

Can an impulsive marriage find true happiness and love, if Jeannie has her way it will and Cameron soon learns that Jeannie is no push over and they start a journey of finding out about each other, this one had me smiling as I turned the pages, seeing them get closer was just wonderful, the sensual pull is so strong, this really is such a gorgeous romance one that I would highly recommend, Cameron is sigh worthy and Jeannie so strong and spirited and just the woman for him. Don’t miss this one, I loved it.

I loved the shorter version of this one when I read it years ago and oved the longer version even more, highly recommended to any romance reader.
