A Taste of Seduction by Bronwen Evans |
Review by TashNz
These days I worry if I pick up a novel that I won’t have
the time to devote to it because I don’t have a lot of time to read, which is
why something of a Presents length is perfect, I can find time… but seeing the cover of A Taste of Seduction and
knowing I’ve heard so much about the author – this book was literally begging
to be read. I asked Netgalley and the
book gods kindly accepted me.
I was rewarded with a sensational tale that had me quietly
hooked and by that I mean the book quietly snuck up on me in a wonderful way
and before I realised it I was gladly swapping my Netflix time to soak up more
of Hadley and Evangeline’s epic journey of love. There were subtle twists and turns in the plot
as well as gripping and smack bang in your face twists and turns. Mixed with every A-Z emotion under the sun for
all of the characters involved and the exquisite descriptions of land
travelled, Bronwen Evans placed me at the heart of the 1800’s, which would be
quite an unimaginable time to live but with the help of all of the above – I was
there – hanging on for dear life and sobbing with the characters and cheering
with them and celebrating and commiserating.
A flower shop of delight!
A wonderful riveting read which I would highly recommend for
all historical romance lovers. The story
is worth putting quality time aside. A
Disgraced Lords Novel which has love and romance as well as drama, intrigue and
mystery. It can be read as a stand alone
but I love how it touches on enough to make you want to look up the rest of the
Disgraced Lords book and the Epilogue is
sensational!!! I can not wait to find
out in the future how Arend fares.
